Our History
In 2001, Bill & Dave’s Smokin’ Pit opened as a small carry-out BBQ spot in Tell City, Indiana. Word of mouth and mouthwatering flavor quickly turned us into a local favorite. Just a year later, we expanded into a full-service restaurant with seating for over 200 guests.
We stayed true to our roots—serving slow-smoked meats, made-from-scratch sides, and warm, friendly service. Today, we’re proud to be part of Tell City’s story, one plate at a time.
